A 'Added Lane' sign (two arrows merging into a wider road) means:

Bonne réponse : B. A new lane is added — you do not need to merge
Added-lane is the opposite of merge. You can stay in your lane; an additional lane joins. Confusing it with a merge sign causes unnecessary braking.
