An orange-and-red triangle on the back of a vehicle means the vehicle is travelling:

The SMV triangle is federal — fluorescent orange inside, red reflective border — warning fast-approaching drivers to slow. Farm tractors, road-maintenance equipment, and some horse-drawn vehicles use it.
