In Ontario, a driver must report a collision to police when:

Bonne réponse : B. There are injuries, or damage to vehicles/property exceeds $2,000
Any injury or damage over $2,000 must be reported to police. The threshold rose from $1,000 to $2,000 in 2015. Unreported collisions above the threshold can void insurance claims and lead to charges.
