Show Answer & Explanation
Correct Answer: B. It is unsafe to pass and crossing is not permitted
A solid yellow line on your left indicates that passing is unsafe — sight distance is limited, the curve is too sharp, or oncoming traffic is expected. Crossing a solid yellow to pass is both unsafe and illegal.

- C.The road is endingRoads ending are marked by warning signs or temporary barriers, not solid yellow lines on the left of your lane.
- D.Parking is allowed to the leftParking edges are usually white or special markings; the solid yellow lane divider does not relate to parking.
