In an urban area with a posted speed limit of 60 km/h or less, you must yield to a city bus that is:

Buses have slow acceleration and a signalled pull-out right. Yielding to them keeps transit flowing. The law applies only on urban roads (≤60 km/h); higher-speed roads use standard merging rules.
