Bonne réponse : B. Come to a complete stop, yield to pedestrians and cross traffic, then turn when clear

Right on red requires a full stop, check for pedestrians and cross-traffic, then a safe turn. It is permitted only when no 'No Right Turn on Red' sign is posted. Rolling right turns on red are a frequent cause of pedestrian collisions at signalised intersections.
