When is it legal to pass another vehicle on the right in Ontario?

Under Ontario HTA Section 150, you may pass on the right when: (a) the vehicle ahead is making or about to make a left turn, (b) the road has unobstructed pavement wide enough for two or more lanes in each direction, or (c) on a one-way street. The pass must always be made safely and without leaving the roadway.
